Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Oris Health, we offer both one-time purchases and subscription options to make it easy for you to maintain your oral care routine.


One-Time Purchases

One-time orders are charged at checkout and shipped as a single delivery. No further charges will occur unless you place another order or opt into a subscription.


Sample Pack Orders & Auto-Subscription

When you order a sample pack, you're enrolling in our trial subscription program.

  • How it works: Your sample order includes 15 days to try the product. Unless canceled within that window, your subscription will automatically continue, and your first full-size refill will ship after 15 days.

  • Reminder Emails: We send a reminder  2 days before your refill is processed.

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription any time before the next charge or shipment — no penalties or fees.


Subscription Terms (Oris Smile Subscription)

  • Refills ship every 4 months by default.

  • You can manage your subscription through your customer portal:

    • Skip a shipment

    • Change flavors

    • Update your delivery address

    • Cancel or pause anytime


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next order processes.

  • If an order has already processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it — but we’re always happy to help if there was an error or oversight.

  • For sample pack subscriptions, cancellation must occur before the refill order processes, which is 10 days after your sample ships.


How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your customer portal (link provided in your order emails)

  2. Select your subscription

  3. Click Cancel, Skip, or Modify as needed
